December Schnibbles

Where in the world did December go?!  Oh my goodness - this was the fastest month ever I believe.  Good grief.  I will do a handmade Christmas gift recap shortly but this month was a complete blur.

I did manage to get finished the last Schnibbles project of the year though.  We were tasked with making one of the new Little Bites patterns.  This time it is was Morsel.  Cute, cute pincushions!

Morsel

I made the round version and just made the one.  :)  Slacker, I know but like I said - the month was a blur!  The fabric I used was Modern Workshop by Oliver & S.  I like how bright and cheerful it is.  I plan to make the rectangular version too at some point.

A big THANK YOU to both Sherri and Sinta for yet again hosting this fun year long project!  I am proud to say that I completed all twelve projects.  I learned a lot and am so glad I participated this year after watching from the sidelines for a few years.  Thank you ladies.

Be sure to check out the parade on Sherri and Sinta's blog in the next day or two.

Happy New Year!

Block #6

I just love getting my designer mystery block of the month in the mail from the Fat Quarter Shop.  I literally put whatever else I am working on aside and get started on these blocks as soon as they arrive!  I don't want to get behind on them and I just love this Vintage Modern fabric so much.  Here is my Block #6 -

Block 6

This month, the block was designed by Kate Spain.  I just love her pretty fabrics.....

It is hard to believe we are half-way through with these blocks already!  I can't wait for December's block to arrive!

Thanks for stopping by!
