Bounce!

For our October Schnibbles project we were given the choice to either make Bounce or Hubble designed by the super talented Carrie Nelson.  I decided to make Bounce.  When I started participating in the monthly Schnibbles projects co-hosted by Sherri at A Quilting Life and Sinta at the Pink Pincushion, I made it a goal of mine to have the project completely finished by the end of the month - QUILTING AND ALL!  I just didn't need anymore WIP's lying around.

Well, since this project was much larger than usual, I gave myself a break and only have the top completed.  That is OK - I really love how the top turned out so much, that I want to get cracking on the quilting as soon as I can!  Here she is....

I made my version of Bounce from the fabric line Flea Market Fancy from Denyse Schmidt.  I love how this top turned out and it was very much worth the time and effort!  I can't wait for it to become a quilt.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and please be sure to check out the other beautiful quilts that will be on Sherri's blog and Sinta's blog in the next few days.  I can't wait to see what November's project will be!
