Vintage Holiday QAL Finish

My Vintage Holiday Quilt is finished!  I LOVE it!  I am glad I went with non-traditional Christmas fabrics but yet I think the fabrics still have a winter feel to them!

Quilted Vintage Holiday

I made my quilt out of the fun, sweet and cheerful line Sherbet Pips by Aneela Hoey for Moda.  I couldn't be more pleased with it!  Here is a close up of the quilting.....I just hit the wavy line stitch on my machine (#16) and sewed away!  I am really happy with this way of quilting and am glad to have learned you could quilt with this stitch from our group leader Heidi.

  1. Your quilt looks beautiful on that antique bed. I love everything about it. And that Sunny is adorable snuggled up. He might have just claimed it for himself, hee hee.
